The first electronic newsletter issued by CT Tymetrix, a provider of e-billing and matter management software, impressed me. I like the look, the tone (note salesy), the hyperlinks, and the detail. For an example of specificity, which follows some cloying phraseology:“These latest enhancements are yet another example of our commitment to our growing client base that includes more than 100 clients, 15,000 participating law firms and 50,000 users worldwide.” That’s a chunk of the market. The left margin also lists 11 new customers of CT Tymetrix (See my post of Jan. 4, 2006 for some comparable data from DataCert.).
