Eaton captures most of the reasons why I put so much time and energy into this feuilleton of blogs. I am a freebooter, as I grab from here or there ideas for this blog. As a bricoleur, my guiding principle is “what might help in-house counsel out there as they manage themselves and the legal function.” This blog has become my golem, but I hope it turns out to be a beneficent one.
